Nicholas Daddona

Nick Daddona is the President of Southcoast Insurance Group, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision and client service approach, focusing on customized, client-centric insurance solutions. 

He attended Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. At 24, he established his first insurance agency in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, recognizing the need for a more flexible, personalized approach to insurance in the Massachusetts market. 

This led to the founding of Southcoast Insurance Group, built on a relationship-driven model that emphasizes education, advocacy, and tailored coverage strategies. Today, the firm serves individuals, families, and business owners by focusing on protecting what matters most through thoughtful, well-structured solutions. 

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Nick is an active family man. He and his wife can often be found coaching or cheering their children on from the sidelines. 

Niz Sousa

Niz Sousa is a licensed insurance agent whose dedication to her clients is matched only by her passion for making a difference in people’s lives. Niz pursued a career in insurance with a clear purpose: to be a trusted resource for individuals navigating their coverage needs. 

Niz is known for her professionalism and precision. She takes the time to understand each client’s situation and delivers clear, honest guidance without the fluff. Clients who work with her appreciate her directness and the confidence that comes from knowing their agent is always prepared, focused, and working in their best interest. 

Outside of the office, Niz treasures time with her family and finds joy tending to her garden. She also shares her home with three dogs and a flock of chickens — a lively household that speaks to her nurturing spirit and zest for life.

Lisa Sousa

Lisa Sousa works behind the scenes to support our commercial lines team, serving as a key liaison between our clients and their carriers. Steady and dependable, she handles the details that keep things moving — ensuring clients are well represented and nothing falls through the cracks. 

Outside of work, Lisa is family-oriented and always up for a good time — whether that’s traveling, tending to her garden, catching a country music concert, or spending time with the people she loves. She also has a deep affection for animals, sharing her home with a wonderful and eclectic group of pets. 

KATHY NUNES

Born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts, Kathy speaks and writes Portuguese fluently, reflecting a deep connection to her cultural roots. She is married and the proud parent of a wonderful daughter and son. A graduate of Durfee High School, Kathy enjoys spending quality time with family, appreciating the beauty of nature, and exploring new places through travel.
